Hello, I am a fully qualified Reiki Master. I
have been giving Reiki treatments for more than 7 years and teaching Reiki for
over 3 years. I also give Intuitive Life Guidance, Space Clearing and Guided
Meditations.
Reiki is universal life force energy. I
channel this energy and it pours out of my hands to relax, revitalise and heal
you. Reiki energy heals physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It
helps people and animals and cleanses, lifts and brightens the energy of a
space (e.g. room).
My healing is intuitive
and I
provide guidance for self-healing by showing you techniques and perspectives
you can use. As a part of your own journey you may wish to become attuned to
Reiki energy and provide healings for yourself and others.
The
healing is a hands off treatment during which you will be fully
clothed and lying comfortably.
I can focus a
healing on a specific problem that you would like addressed and will detect
areas that need healing during the session.
I will open
your energy centres, Chakras, and pour cleansing and healing energy into you
where you most need it. This will ease you into a deep state of relaxation and
rejuvenation.
At the end of
the session I will give you time to lie back and enjoy how you are feeling. I
will share any insights I gained during the healing and you can ask any
questions and share your experience.
A healing
session takes 2 hours.
There
are 3 levels of Reiki to be attuned to:
The first
opens you to channelling Reiki energy. It starts your self healing and gives
you the tools to continue this plus practice on friends and family.
The second
increases the energy you can channel and introduces new elements for healing. You
will then be fully equipped to offer healings professionally.
The third
enables you to channel the phenomenal attunement energy, enabling you to attune
others and shows you how to teach Reiki.
Each
Reiki Attunement takes a day and covers A
Question and Answer session, Background Theory, a Healing on you illustrating
how it is done at that level or an Illustration of how to Attune others, the
Attunement, a chance to Practice a Healing or Attunement on another (and a Self
Healing in level 1).
I
will give you supporting documentation to take away. Lunch is provided so
please let me know if you have any dietary requirements.
Animals
are very receptive of, and respond very well to Reiki energy. They require only
short healings.
During a pet healing I channel Reiki energy using my intuition and any information you have given on the problem.
These sessions take approximately
half an hour.
Any space can be
cleared energetically. This results in the space feeling brighter, happier and
calm.
I can help to guide you to get in
touch with your inner self, your love, happiness and peace and through this
process find your joy and true vocation in life. I do this intuitively with
you.
These sessions take approximately
an hour.
Meditating is healing and relaxing, helping you to overcome
the stresses of everyday life.
I will guide a meditation, focussing on what you need most,
and help you to learn how to meditate. Meditating can help you in your day to
day life and healing journey.
These take approximately half an hour.

provide these sessions from home, in wellbeing clinics, at spas and at festivals.
I can also conduct them from your home. Intuitive Life Guidance can be
conducted by phone and e-mail as well as in person. These sessions cost 20
pounds per hour.
